Questions
Can a teacher plan be linked to a school plan later?
Yes. If your school later purchases the School Annual plan, your account carries over — your classes, students, and data are all preserved. Email nick@wordlabs.app to link accounts.
What counts as a "student" towards the teacher plan limit?
Each unique student record counts once, across all your classes. If a student appears in two classes, they count as one student. The base plan includes 35 students; each extra pack adds 10 more students for $10/year.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes — email nick@wordlabs.app with your school name and PO number and we'll sort it out manually. Most government schools prefer this.
Where is student data stored?
All data is stored in Australia (Sydney region) via Supabase. We only store student first names and in-game progress — no emails, no photos, no surnames. Compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your students can still access the games, but you won't be able to create new classes or view the dashboard until you upgrade. No data is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — under Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a refund if the product isn't fit for purpose. Contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
